We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of each and every puppy we deliver. We have a "no paws on the ground" policy, meaning that no puppy will be exposed to unfamiliar surroundings outside during the travel. In addition, our vehicle is set up so that puppies will have no nose-to-nose contact with each other, unless they are from the same breeder. All puppy areas are thoroughly cleaned during travel and they are cleaned and sanitized in between routes. These policies are in place to eliminate the risk of illness or viral infections during the travel.
