We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of each and every puppy we deliver. We have a "no paws on the ground" policy, meaning that no puppy will be exposed to unfamiliar surroundings outside during the travel. In addition, our vehicles are set up so that puppies will have no nose-to-nose contact with each other, unless they are from the same breeder. All puppy areas are thoroughly cleaned during travel and they are cleaned and sanitized in between routes. These policies are in place to eliminate the risk of illness or viral infections during the travel.

I'm so happy with Puppy Connection and Furry Freight. It was a very smooth transaction and the puppy was delivered to me with all the paperwork and a bag of food. We are in love with him. Got a sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy through breeder Laverne and she is just perfect! I live in Oregon and there are very few breeders here with long waitlists. After researching and feeling confident that this was the right breed for our family, it wasn't ideal to wait years on a waitlist. So we got her and she came across the country in a van, which made me nervous, but she was instantly sweet and affectionate and slept through the night. She's just been the most perfect puppy you could imagine and I'd do this over again! Thank you to Laverne and Furry Freight for taking great care of this sweet baby, and for sending an adorable baby picture of her a few weeks later!

Everything went very smooth with my purchase of my little puppy. Darcie at Puppy Connection was very helpful with a live video feed so we could see her to getting her shipped by Furry Freight directly to our door within a day. Definitely would recommend puppy connection to anyone wanting to get a puppy. And Ariel that we renamed Luna is a very smart puppy. And extremely cute. Thank you very much.

I purchased a Miniature Schnauzer via Pawrade, Pet Pay and Puppy Connection. The breeder was Malinda Weaver. I was very pleased with the entire process; from purchase to delivery with Furry Freight it was seamless. The puppy arrived in excellent condition and I strongly recommend this procedure.

Great breeder and companies to work with throughout this process. They were very thorough in informing me of all the details from paperwork, to delivery, to specifics for general well being and health of the little pooch. They were way ahead of schedule when it came to delivery and approximately when he would be delivered, so that was exciting for my family to know and see. Trotter (Goliath) has been the absolute perfect addition to our family, he has been loved from the moment we met him and is part of the family. I would purchase more Danes through this breeder and all the companies that were involved throughout this process in the future.
